Year 4/5
Welcome to Woodpeckers!
This year, Mr Rushton and Mrs Perkins will have the pleasure of teaching Year 4 and 5. Mr Rushton will be teaching on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Mrs Perkins will be teaching on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Thank you for visiting our class page. We are both really excited for the forthcoming year. Throughout the year, we will be teaching a wide variety of exciting units to the children. Please check this page for some important information. At the start of each term, we will update the topic web so you can see what your child will be learning.

Homework
Homework will be distributed - virtually - on Fridays, to be completed by the following Wednesday.
Spellings
The children will be given their spelling lists at the start of the year. They will then be tested on their spelling list each Friday.
PE
Our PE slot is every Monday and Tuesday afternoon. Please ensure your child has school PE kit on these days.
